 On the top right hand side like the zone does, with view all your posts etc etc. If there is already one i do oppologize but all i can find is a bit that just shows all the threads iv STARTED and not all that i post in. Can this be done as its a pin in the arse looking through all the threads to see if ive posted in em.

Go to "My Controls" and on the left are a load of options.
The one you want is "View Topics".

Maybe one of the more IT clued-up Guys can answer it for you.
Works for me every time. Are you using IE6?

 nah im using mozzilla firefox, but daz has helped me out on this. Does come up now but i didnt realise i had to press track, plus in assistant bit can view last 10 posts so all is good.#
