How about the fuel filter, do you know when that was last change? Could be clogged.

When I had idle problems, these were a few of the places I checked for air leaks:

Perished O-rings top & bottom of the injectors
Intake gaskets
The pipe that runs for the rocker to the intake
O-rings top and bottom of the oil return pipe under the intake
Vacuum pipe for brake servo
Elbow as has been said :)

Woogie

ive been having the same problem with mine, its got so bad now though ive been forced to drive my mums corsa!! rrrrrrrrubbish

Ive changed a few parts already mentioned, theres no airleaks, a friend said to check the wires on a plug that connects to the bottom of were the injectors are ( i found the one he was on about suprisingly), if there green an corroded then thats the problem, a comman fault apparently, but they were fine anyway, now he seems to think its the crank sensor, i cant see how this would make it run rich though, but there again im no mechanic, any more ideas, its got everyone scratching there heads!!
