Thought, I'd share abit of the spec with ye. It's a 1990 iS with about 138K on the clock. Was 130 on the dot when I picked it up last year off Beemertom on the Zone last year. Did the timing chain as soon as I got home since it was whishing badly but still was well able to keep up with an E46 320Ci all the wy home and be on it's bumper through the Welch twisties  Did a few other things to it during the year then, some planned and some not because it kept failing it's NCT for something or other due to having bad luck with inconsistent testers  Anyways... The spec! No, not really high on my list of priorities... Wouldn't mind retrofitting it at some stage but getting the parts for the M42 would probably be tricky anyway. |

Yep, but it's the same with all new phones. Might try find a 8GB one now on E-bay since my pay-pal account has been filled up abit again. I could get a solild basic phone but then I'd miss my MP3/Digital camera/Sat-nav and toy all in one... Oh it was a phone sometimes as well come to think of it :LOL: This time I think I'll get the fecking thing insured... |

lol yeah i know what you're saying mate, these new ones are great for features, but you end up with the same probs you get with ya PC. I've got a Samsung G600 and it's not bad, it's been dropped/thrown outside and it's held up quite well, I don't have sat-nav on it, but i think i'm gonna keep it for another year and sell my upgrade phone on Ebay. |

Selling this now since I got an offer I can't refuse because of how this one feels to drive by a friend after one test drive I love it but it needs a full respray to make me really happy with it and a few annoying mechanical issues that I'd have to sort out too... He's going to respray it Dolphin grey which would be kinda cool too I want another Sterling silver iS minty mint body wise to replace it though and do everything again... only even better this time round. The plan is to sell this one now and then get another silver iS that has been fully rebuilt 6 months ago and get it looking more or less identical and technically only improve on each thing I do this time round :) This one is lovely but I'm a fussy git, lol. I have an M3 interior lined up for my new one too!! |

Got the E36 M3 6 speed box in and proved to work out nicely. Unforuntately the gearbox was pretty rattled from being in my friends E36 M3 4 door drift car. I knew it wasn't prefect anyway so the fact it was free was a good reason to try it and see if it worked. Looking for a minty E36 M3 Evo gearbox now or might get an E46 M3 box :D |
