Moderator Posts: 3,461 Group: PE30 Members Member #343 Joined: 5-01-06	As you may well know, I swapped my headlights on my 1986 chromie for projectors so I could fit HID`s in them. This was done , but on the day some of the adjusters were stuck (I know my fault ) and now is when I can replace these. Could anyone help me with the part no`s and what and how many I will need to replace the whole lot of them? Cheers Stuart, I mean everyone Mart.

PE30 Senior Master Sergeant Posts: 3,404 Group: PE30 Members Member #15 Joined: 9-11-05 Location North East England - Tyneside to be precise	OK Mart, for all 4 lamps you need.... 8 off 63 12 1 378 369 Bushing 8 off 63 12 1 385 397 Adjusting screw. Be very careful getting the bushes out of the outer lamps, you wouldn't believe how many broken lugs I've seen. I'd suggest that if you're using new bushes you cut the old ones, rather than snap them out of the lugs. When you re-assemble it with the new stuff, put a dab of grease on the ball-ends of the adjusters. HTH Stuart. Edited by StuBeeDoo, Fri 21 Nov 2008, 20:51:30.
