PE30 Sergeant 1st Class Posts: 1,773 Group: PE30 Members Member #20 Joined: 10-11-05	I picked this up just after Xmas - Dolphin Grey 325 switchable auto, beige leather interior, A/C, Heated seats, mirrors and washer jets, intensive wash and headlamp wipers etc. A few pics: It drives rather well, I've done about 4K in it so far with no real problems. As ever there are a few issues, mostly of a minor nature - elecrical gremlins and all that. Rust wise It does need the scuttle looking at on the drivers side fairly soon, otherwise there is very little sign of the dreaded tin worm.

Just about every E30 I see has it, both mine have it, and I think it looks awful Cloud, I think the thing between the ashtray and heater control May be a cassette holder (not 100% though) And regarding the metal around the stereo, if you have a stereo from new, you should get the plastic frame to go round it, so you wouldn't see the metal, I would imagine you could probably buy them from ebay or somewhere.

PE30 Sergeant 1st Class Posts: 1,773 Group: PE30 Members Member #20 Joined: 10-11-05	Hello chaps, Firstly apologies for not replying sooner - I managed to mow my toe then pull a muscle in my back in the last two weeks. Cloud, the grill thing is for dealer fit aircon, the surround is missing from the stereo - I'm trying to get one from nakamichi and the exhaust is an aftermarket one. Dips - you should recognise the smoked front and side indicators - and it is grey not silver, but my gut tells me it has had a respray at some point in the past. Thanks to everybody else for the comments. It does have a few issues that need sorting - a couple of rust spots, speedo not working, prop centre coupling - the usual really. It is currently on SORN and will go into storage next week for a couple of months while I clear the garage so that I can give it a makeover this summer Edited by Angus, Wed 1 Apr 2009, 08:13:43.
