Hey Fellow E30er's I was introduced by Tom (btw, whats your handle on here?) Real cool site! I am 25 years old I am currently in NY, though I have lived in London in the past and will be moving back this summer/fall I am driving a 1987 US spec 325is, Cardinal Red Interior, oem is front spoiler, oem is rear deck lip, oem is side skirts, a turner motorsport performance chip, KN Rectangle Filter, lowered with HR Sport Springs an Inch & Half all around, with KYB GAJ (rear) and Billies (front), 4.10 LSD, with 16in replica BBS CO....This is my 3rd e30...I've had '86 325e (sold), '86 (euro-spec Italy) 325i (wrecked), and this one currently. The one I am in now I did a 5 spd swap and it was pretty simple as the auto's were already wired and the holes were already punched out at the factory for the pedals and transmission. The pictures in the album are a bit outdated as they were taken pretty much immediately after purchasing the car....the album does have pictures of my previous e30's though http://picasaweb.google.com/transatlantic0207/MyE30S?feat=directlink And I've posted some current pictures (i know it needs some work!)

hi mate, welcome to the Planet! Nice pics, and glad to hear you changed it to a manual transmission, I always thought most Americans preferred Autos  Anyway, nice to have you on board, enjoy your time on here Jolf. |

hello hunkatunka Welcome to the site its good to see what differences the us have to the uk regarding mods ect what have you done to yours? it looks good btw tom is more on facebook than on here of late but his handle is the same as on facebook again welcome to the planet we do hope you stick around it would be nice to have some american input on here Wayne |

I am definitely here for good...while you all like the yank perspective, I enjoy the european and brit input. Jolf: You're right with our fat @$$es, however if you have an e30 over here more than likely its 5spd...everybody does the swap sooner or later if its 'autotragic'....I give passes for 91-93 verts because those are special Wayne: A lot of people over here spend gobs of time and money to get the stock european look, with new shoes And a lot more tend to drop m30s or s50s in them to take advantage of the power:weight ratio increase and less but still too many screw things up and put square headlights in there grills, or they put a aftermarket bat-sh*t wing or just do something to be unique and its uniquely stupid personally, I prefer tasteful mods that accentuate but not out-do the classic e30 style, while going for a psuedo-aggressive exhaust signature, stance, and appearance...I am trying to use only oem parts for exterior mods i.e; sideskirts, front lip, rear lip, etc. Hopefully, I can make some friends on here and share some ideas. Possibly even meet this summer when I move back to the UK....perhaps, even get some hard to get parts in the meantime! yes, when I move i'll be bringing my US spec 325is over there to be laughed at by all you spoiled european e30 socialists!! lol j/k |

cheers mate! if euro is agressive...lol give me some suggestions comestically. I wanna at least turn some heads when I bring it over. Turn some heads then deal with the jokes when they hear its american-spec (i guess you'll know with the diving board bumpers) |
