hi can anyone tell me where are the timing marks located when setting the cam shaft

On the picture, look closely at the one on the bottom left. It sayeth:

Prior to mounting the cylinder head, turn camshaft so that the notch in the camshaft flange is aligned with cast tab on cylinder head.
